In addition to the production delays, Thunderbolts has undergone some significant changes in its casting lineup. Originally, Steven Yeun was tapped to lead the film, reportedly portraying the comic book hero Sentry. However, due to conflicting schedules, Yeun has departed from the project. Stepping into the role is Lewis Pullman, who was in Top Gun: Maverick.
